This case study explores the process of enhancing the reporting UI of Foureyes Omni-Tracking to address the low number of free-trial conversions. We focused on improving the user experience by simplifying the dashboard, surfacing product value, and optimizing navigation.

Foureyes Omni-Tracking allows businesses to track user interactions across multiple channels, such as websites, mobile apps, and email campaigns. Despite its robust feature set, the platform experienced low free-trial conversion rates due to its cluttered and unintuitive reporting UI.

The existing reporting UI was overwhelming and unintuitive, causing potential customers to struggle with understanding and leveraging the platform's features, leading to low free-trial conversions.

Our research revealed the following issues:

  • Unclear value and usefulness

  • Overwhelming copy and visuals

Through watching sales videos we identified key user insights, their goals and pain-points. These are the key insights I synthesized and presented to the team:

  • Unclear value-add of the product

  • Lack of clarity with key terms and copy
